Kentucky Derby Museum: Oaks Garden Terrace
Exhibitors Receive:
- 6’ Table with two chairs & trash can
- Tabletop sign with company name or logo
Recommendations & Requirements:
- Set-up time starts at 9 am (table should be fully set before 10:00 am)
- Branded table covering and or pull up display are recommended
- Space is limited, so please be mindful of display size
- Fully charge all electronics, as electricity will not be guaranteed
- Bring no more than two associates
- Each employer should plan to be present for the entire event
- Tear down begins at 2 pm
- Giveaways to draw the attendees to your table is encouraged
- A prize donation is requested - organizers will facilitate hourly drawings
- Please submit logo and job descriptions available to msparks@gotolouisville.com no later than Tuesday, March 8.
Note: A multilingual interpreter will be provided at the event to assist exhibitors with communication needs.
Where to park: Free Museum visitor parking in Red, White, & Black lots off Taylor Boulevard and Central Avenue in front of the Museum
